AgileAdvant is proud to announce its first software product – PMEOS (Project Management Enterprise Orchestration System)
PMEOS is AI project management software that orchestrates team delivery routines. Specifically, it moderates Daily Scrums in Microsoft Teams, reads delivery signals from Jira, and produces structured outcomes such as progress, risks, dependencies, and team-owned next actions.
However, this is not another dashboard or a replacement for your systems of record. Instead, PMEOS is an AI orchestration layer that reduces coordination overhead and helps delivery leaders improve decision quality, follow-through, and predictability.
Unlike traditional project management software, PMEOS brings AI project management intelligence directly into your daily workflows. The AI project management system doesn’t just track work—it actively improves execution by moderating stand-ups, validating reality with Jira data, and ensuring team commitments turn into completed actions.
What makes PMEOS different as AI project management software
Most tools capture work. In contrast, PMEOS captures execution. Specifically, PMEOS combines:
- Meeting moderation – Outcome-focused flow in real Scrum events inside Microsoft Teams
- Jira-aligned reality – governed, read-only Jira insights that validate and enrich what is discussed
- Action follow-through – turn discussion into owned actions and bring open items back into the next check-in
- Capacity-aware planning – compare team capacity with expected workload to support credible Sprint Goals
If you want AI project management that improves Scrum execution, meeting quality, and delivery visibility, PMEOS targets this exact intersection. The MVP starts with Microsoft Teams and Jira integration, with more integrations planned.

What is included in the PMEOS AI project management MVP
The first MVP focuses on stand-up meetings, where teams achieve the highest delivery leverage.
MVP components:
- Microsoft Teams bot for Daily Scrum moderation – Intelligent facilitation that keeps your team focused on outcomes and blockers
- PMEOS web app for summaries, action items, analytics, and planning – Track sprint progress, capacity, and team commitments in one place
- Governed, read-only Jira analysis for your projects and boards – Real-time delivery signals that validate what’s discussed in stand-ups
Important: PMEOS does not write back into Jira in the MVP. Jira remains the system of record. Optional write-back may be introduced later under enterprise governance.

Co-innovation with Coop, and an open invitation to additional partners
We are developing PMEOS in real enterprise environments together with Coop as a co-innovation partner.
To ensure PMEOS evolves in the right direction, we are opening a limited number of additional Co-Innovation Partner seats. Partners receive early access, structured onboarding, and direct input into roadmap sequencing (within the product vision).

Where PMEOS AI project management is evolving
PMEOS starts where execution discipline matters most: moderating daily stand ups, validating updates against your delivery system of record, and generating structured summaries with outcomes captured in a governed flow. Initially, the MVP starts with Microsoft Teams and Jira.
PMEOS follows Scrum.org’s official Scrum framework principles for Daily Scrum facilitation and sprint planning.
Subsequently, PMEOS will expand across:
- The full Scrum cycle (refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
- Classic and hybrid delivery (for example Waterfall, PMI, IPMA, HERMES)
- Broader integrations beyond Jira and Teams (for example Azure DevOps, Asana, ClickUp, Google Meet, Zoom)
- Enterprise-wide orchestration at scale, including predictive analytics and governed write-back into source systems
For details and the latest sequencing, please refer to the product roadmap on pmeos.ai.

Enterprise-grade security and governance
We built PMEOS for enterprise use with encryption in transit and at rest, governed access controls, and tenant-specific data residency. Moreover, your Azure region can be selected per customer.
Additionally, the MVP follows least-privilege principles and uses governed, read-only access to Jira for configured projects and boards.
