3.4 Sharing data with third parties

We may share your personal data with:

Where third parties process data on our behalf, they act as processors and are contractually bound to process personal data only as instructed and to protect it appropriately.

3.5 International data transfers

Some service providers (or their sub-processors) may process data outside Switzerland and/or the EEA. If personal data is transferred abroad and the destination country does not provide an equivalent level of data protection, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses and, where necessary, additional technical and organisational measures).

3.6 Retention periods

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, including legal retention requirements:

  • Website log data: typically retained for a limited period to ensure security and operational stability (generally up to 12 months, unless needed longer for security investigations).

To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@agileadvant.com. We may request proof of identity. We typically respond within the legally applicable timeframe.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDOEB): https://www.edoeb.admin.ch
