The Training Center is located in Lucerne near the main train station at Werftestrasse 3, 6005 Lucerne, and is easily reachable on foot via a mostly covered route. Public transport is recommended. Limited public parking is available nearby.
Light refreshments are provided during breaks (coffee, tea, water, fruit, and small snacks). Lunch is not included. There are multiple lunch options within walking distance.
Yes. The Training Center is accessible and includes step-free access, an elevator, and an accessible restroom. Please inform us in advance about specific needs so we can support appropriately.
Payment is made by invoice. The invoice is issued after registration and is payable within 14 days. For registrations made less than 14 days before the course start, payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Prices shown include statutory VAT.
A registration can be transferred to another participant at no cost. Cancellations and rebookings are free of charge up to 12 working days before the course starts. After that, fees apply according to the GTC Academy (including 50% late-cancellation fees and an administrative fee for late rebookings).
