In early December 2025, AgileAdvant took an important step in Basel.

At Coop’s headquarters in Basel, we officially kicked off our proof of concept phase with a first agile team. We are excited to have Coop as a partner to test our AI-driven project management solution. Partnering with a company that is actively investing in the future of AI-assisted project work is a meaningful milestone for us.

Coop brings strong practical perspectives and a clear ambition to improve how teams deliver in complex environments. From the start, we have focused on real-world applicability: not adding another dashboard, but embedding intelligence where work already happens.

An AI Agent That Works Inside Your Collaboration and Delivery Tools

Our new AI agent (name to be revealed soon) is designed to live inside collaboration tools and delivery systems and actively support teams during their regular delivery cadence. A key capability we are building is meeting moderation: keeping discussions focused, understanding the team’s context from real project data, and turning conversations into clear commitments.

The intended outcomes are simple and practical:

  • Sharper priorities and clearer ownership
  • Instant visibility on risks and blockers
  • Less time lost in status meetings and reporting overhead

The goal is to give teams back their energy so they can concentrate on building great products, not fighting project overhead.

Co-Designing and Testing the MVP in Real Scrum Events

Over the coming months, we will co-design and test the first MVP directly in real Scrum events with the Coop pilot team. This approach ensures we validate value where it matters most: in day-to-day collaboration, decision-making, and delivery.

We cannot share more details yet, but we will publish updates as we progress.
