This week, AgileAdvant took an important step in Zurich.
At ETH Zürich in Zurich, we kicked off a collaboration with ETH juniors and Merge Rocks to build an AI agent for modern project delivery. The ambition is clear: move beyond outdated ways of managing complexity and create a new kind of intelligence that understands context, learns from data, and gives teams focus instead of noise.
Today, many organisations still try to control fast-moving work with spreadsheets and recurring status meetings. But delivery happens in real time. Our goal is to build an agent that fits into the tools and workflows teams already use, learns how they actually work, and supports them with relevant, actionable guidance.
A Context-Aware AI Agent Embedded in Your Environment
Instead of generic insights, the agent is designed to understand team-specific context and operating patterns. The intent is to enable project teams intelligently, assist them in daily execution, and provide coaching support that helps them stay on track.
What this means in practice:
- Progress and risks become visible instantly
- Resources, schedules, and budgets are protected through earlier signals
- Teams spend less time on reporting and more time on delivery
What We Are Aiming For
We want to cut the fluff and bring the fun back to project work. Teams should be able to accomplish ambitious goals, hit targets, and drive innovation without constant firefighting.
