Methodology
Our Advanced Product Ownership course builds on your existing experience, combining advanced theory with hands-on practice through complex case studies and simulations. You receive access to all training materials at the start of the session.
Target Group
This training is designed for experienced Product Owners who want to master advanced techniques and prepare for the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certification.
Prerequisites
A solid understanding of Scrum and several years of agile experience are highly recommended. While the PSPO I certification is ideal, it is not mandatory. If you are new to the role, we recommend registering for our Product Owner Foundation (PSPO I) training first.
Certification
Upon completion, you will be fully prepared to take the industry-recognized PSPO II exam. The exam fee for one attempt is included in the training price.
