Senior Agile Coach / Scrum Master (80-100 %)

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach / Scrum Master (80-100%) effective immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Responsible for the professional introduction of agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Initiating and supporting new product teams at customer sites
- Active support and moderation of agile events and implementation of training courses
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration and developing teams to high-performance level
- Evaluation of key performance indicators for reporting and regular communication with stakeholders in the organization
- Support on tool configuration and usage
Qualifications
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration
- Certification as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and/or Product Owner
- Several years of experience in an agile project environment at the business/IT interface
- Experience in a scaled environment (SoS, SAFe, LeSS)
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and strong social skills with a high customer and service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of the German and English languages, any other language is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to German-speaking Switzerland
